Reannan Last, LCSW

Reannan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA #124925) who describes herself as an affirming, trauma-informed somatic psychotherapist who is passionate about the healing process. She takes a holistic approach to mental health, blending traditional talk therapy with strategies focused on the body and the nervous system. Her clients can expect a warm and welcoming space to create a new connection to self and move towards health and wellness. Working with both children and adults, she focuses on the intrinsic healing capacity and strengths we all have within us. With adults, she uses a blend of approaches from integrative somatic and cognitive-behavioral theories. With children, she uses child-centered play therapy and partners with parents throughout the therapy process to support whole family well-being.

Reannan has been working in the mental health field since 2017, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and is trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing (Beginning, Year One). She has extensive experience working with issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, Complex-PTSD, childhood trauma, life transitions and the LGBTQ+ community.

She is passionate about healing trauma wounds on the individual and collective scale. An avid learner, she keeps up to date on advances in neuroscience and its implications in the field of mental health.
