Q: Do you do couples therapy?

Our services are mostly tailored for individuals and families. If you are interested in seeking counseling related to issues within a marriage or intimate relationship, we are happy to provide you with some referrals.

Q: Do you prescribe medication?

Psychotherapy does not include prescribing medication. Medication is sometimes helpful to alleviate symptoms and can often assist in accelerating treatment goals. If you are in need of a medication evaluation please contact us, and we will provide you with a referral to a psychiatrist.

Q: Do I have to come to the office for an appointment?

Telehealth appointments are available to you and are a convenient way to stay consistent with treatment. Due to the current pandemic, Telehealth sessions are being covered by all insurance plans. We conduct our online telehealth sessions using the Simple Practice software; which is easy to use and HIPAA compliant. We ensure safety and security of your online sessions.

Q: How do I participate in a Telehealth session?

Clayton Counseling, Inc. uses Simple Practice software for scheduling, billing and telehealth. Once you are scheduled for a telehealth appointment, you will receive a link to connect you to the session.
