Grazyna is a pre-licensed psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in various clinical settings. Specializes in trauma-informed care, post traumatic growth, expressive arts, mindfulness, positive psychology, integrative therapies and healing practices approaches to mental health treatment. Adept at working with diverse populations, including public service personnel and their families, couples, children, Native Americans, and individuals struggling with PTSD and substance abuse related issues. She loves working with couples, teaching them mutual loving kindness, compassion and forgiveness, effective communication and setting healthy boundaries.
